Shiraz
Wine
Baileys of Glenrowan Shiraz is grown from newer plantings set into the slopes of the Warby Ranges in north-east Victoria. The vineyards are certified organic.
The wine is open fermented and pressed in a century old basket press. It is matured over 14 months in new and seasoned French and American oak puncheons.
Deep purple, Baileys of Glenrowan Shiraz has dark fruit flavours, prominent tannins and a long finish. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
